govWorks is looking for a Customer Satisfaction Representative to provide exceptional outreach for our brands: TravelVisa.com, PassportCenter.com, and PassportRenewal.com.
The best Customer Satisfaction Representatives are brand evangelists who are genuinely excited to help others and are good listeners and problem solvers. They can put themselves in a customer’s shoes while advocating for the company. The rep will assist with customer inquiries over the phone to help consumers purchase and complete the passport or visa application process on our web platform.
Customer feedback is vital to improve the user experience. Our Customer Satisfaction Representatives gather feedback in a manner that helps to systematically solve problems. The Customer Satisfaction Representative will act as a liaison by providing helpful information to the product development and marketing teams to resolve any potential issues a customer may encounter.
As our company expands this position will also help develop and implement marketing strategies to strengthen customer outreach. Our fast-growing company has plenty of room for growth for smart self-starters.
Manage incoming and outgoing calls and help our customers with their orders.
Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
Strong ability to convert an inquiry to a sale.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within tight timeframes; follow up to ensure resolution.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Help with marketing and advertising campaigns to reach customers.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Strong listening skills.
Proven sales experience.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of people.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
