The coworking wave is moving north.
Hollywood-based entrepreneurs now have a modern, collaborative workspace to call their own. Büro Group has opened a coworking center on Harrison Street in downtown Hollywood.
Like its other spaces, Büro Hollywood features a mix of private suites and open workspaces. Büro members also can use meeting spaces, conference rooms and lounge areas and can take part in monthly workshops and receive discounts at local restaurants and shops.
“We are thrilled with our beautiful new Hollywood space and all the positive momentum in the neighborhood," said Büro founder and CEO Michael Feinstein. "Harrison Street is emerging as a vibrant and creative hub with lots of hip restaurants, shops and cafes. We are proud to be an anchor tenant there and our opening should help attract other businesses and operators to the area.”
Büro's growing membership base now includes over 500 companies across six South Florida locations – Midtown Miami, MIMO, Coconut Grove, Miami Beach and South Miami In addition to housing local startups, professional firms and creative agencies, Büro has served as local headquarters for Airbnb, Lyft, Virgin, Gucci Group and others.
