Endeavor Miami selects ScaleUp Program cohort 2

Endeavor’s ScaleUp Program is a four-month acceleration program designed to support South Florida startups with high-impact, high-growth potential. Today, the organization announced the nine companies that will be part of Cohort 2.

The companies selected will receive instruction and mentorship using Endeavor’s methodology and the organization’s network of mentors and entrepreneurs. Endeavor Miami’s success with cohort 1 was used as a model for other Endeavor organizations around the world that are starting ScaleUp Programs, Endeavor Miami’s Executive Director Claudia Duran said in an earlier interview. The cohort will kick off in a virtual format, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and the curriculum has been amended to include crisis management.

Another new element this year: The program will also include ‘Open Innovation Afternoons’ with program partners to explore innovative ways to improve day-to-day operations, create new solutions for the market and keep the business cutting edge, Endeavor Miami said. The program is supported by Dell for Entrepreneurs, EY and Facebook.
