🤓 // What you can expect // 🤓

The current worldwide pandemic has brought us to face brand new realities on an individual and a collective level, both personally and professionally. If we look into existing planetary group consensus, human behaviors, and individual patterns, with little observation we begin to notice that all of them are shifting towards something new, different, undefined, and most probably unimagined. What shall this mean for a designer and other professionals? How to address changes and how to research and understand people and their real needs in this ‘unimaginable’ new world?

In this webinar, we’re going to look into challenges and frustrations as opportunities for insights and impactful action creation. We’re going to discuss ever-growing needs for human-centered design and focus on a holistic understanding of our interconnected systemic existence where resiliency, social and environmental responsibility are the core values of human-centered research.

Transforming from ideas and concepts where we think we know what people need, to a deeper understanding of real needs based on insightful experiences in field research and ethnography will guide this talk.
