Business Succession Planning Event
To educate participants on the topic of business succession strategies and using life insurance as a funding vehicle. We will discuss specific business succession techniques and the tax ramifications that may arise in such planning. This lecture discusses business succession planning. Upon completion of this course, participants will:
v Understand the pros and cons of using life insurance as a funding vehicle.
v Understand the different types of buy-sell agreements.
v Be aware of the potential tax ramifications that surround succession planning and the potential tax consequences based on the decisions made.
v Define 3 different case examples of business succession planning.
