Join us for a fireside chat with Dollar Shave Club’s VP of Product Management, Ashley Lewis. Learn about Ashley’s career path from Head of Mobile at eHarmony, to Consumer Experience at DogVacay, and finally life at Dollar Shave Club. The subscription-based grooming brand was founded in 2011 and in five short years, sold to Unilever for $1B.

Ashley is the Vice President of Product Management at Dollar Shave Club, an online men’s grooming and lifestyle business. She’s been creating engaging digital experiences for over 10 years. Prior to joining Dollar Shave Club, Ashley oversaw the consumer experience at DogVacay and was head of mobile at eHarmony.
Under Ashley’s leadership, the Dollar Shave Club app won the 2017 Webby Award for Best Shopping App and the Webby’s People’s Voice Award for Best User Interface. The Dollar Shave Club app and the DogVacay app were both selected as “Best New App” by iTunes. The eHarmony iPad HD app was a Webby Award Honoree.
Ashley has spoken at a number of conferences including Open Mobile Summit, Mobile Ventures Summit, and Mobile Apps Unlocked. She was a featured guest on the 100 Product Managers podcast.
Ashley has an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
Kathy is the Director of Product Strategy & Business Development at Magic Leap, where she helps lead strategic and content partnerships, company and product-level strategy, and M&A, among other initiatives.
Prior to Magic Leap, Kathy served briefly as a Sr. Product Manager at Amazon Video in Seattle and helped with the division’s launch in India. Before that, she was an investor at Andreessen Horowitz based in the Bay Area and focused on consumer internet startups, including digital marketplaces and ed-tech companies. Kathy started her career in tech and media investment banking at Allen & Company in New York, where she advised various internet companies including Facebook, Twitter, Amazon and Yelp.
Kathy holds a B.S. in Finance and Political Science from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
When she’s not thinking about the future of mixed reality, Kathy likes to get outside and enjoys alpine hiking and skiing, getting lost in museums and all things food-related.
