Today he is the VP of Customer Success with a growing team of 40 people helping Holded to scale and reach even higher.

José Carneiro is a Full-Stack Developer based in Lisbon, Portugal. I originally studied Management and Business Administration at Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics
At 25 he started his own company, iindie, working in the e-commerce sector. He organized require(‘lx’), Lisbon’s largest JavaScript developer meetup, as well as Vue.js Lisbon. Actually, he is a Senior Front-end Developer at Mercedes Benz and also a teacher at Ironhack.

Focusing mostly on Finance, Performance, and People, Paul has led People Operations in tech companies since 2017… Metalhead, biker, married with children… a totally people-oriented “Ops guy”.
