Heyyyoooo, Tech Beach is Back!!
Hellooo Tech Beach-ers!
We missed you terribly 😢, but I have good news – we’re back!
About a year ago, we had to cancel our last scheduled event when the pandemic began forcing everyone into quarantine. We held-off on the move to strictly digital programming to let Tech Beach-ers focus on life and have one less zoom event on the calendar.
You all obviously kept working hard during this time, as South Florida’s innovation community has been regularly attracting attention nationwide. This likely isn’t a surprise for those of you that have been coming to Tech Beach events over the years. We have an inclusive, unique, and enterprising community living and working in one of the raddest cities in the world.
So, now that we are seeing a path toward normalcy, we plan to pick up where we left off – fostering connections, building community, and supporting innovation.
We will resume programming next week with a Clubhouse event featuring the founders of SpeedETab, Adam Garfield and Ed Gilmore, and their recent exit via acquisition by Wix. Not only is this an amazing South Florida tech story, SpeedETab connected with Wix at a Tech Beach event!

Also, keep an eye out for upcoming announcements, as we have a new outdoor venue for Tech Beach events that’s located on Lincoln Road, and we plan to start hosting in-person programming there in the near future. We’ll also be resuming our weekly newsletter, launching a new website, and introducing a Tech Beach Ambassadors program.
