Angy Brooks is a UX designer/researcher at Kaplan Higher Education working on student-facing applications. She has over 20 years of experience in the field of application design. Her career has progressively evolved from computer systems networking, technical documentation, corporate marketing and communication, visual / graphic design, multimedia design, front-end web and app development, information architecture, interaction design, and finally to user experience design and research. She earned a master’s degree from Bentley’s University’s Human Factors in Information Design program in 2013.
Daniel Hettrick is a product development executive and agile leadership consultant. He has over 20 years of experience in digital product development. In his previous incarnations, he has been a: inter/intranet developer, game developer, multimedia designer/developer, project manager, program manager, business developer, user researcher, higher education course developer and lecturer, product developer, and agile champion. He earned a master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
