Virtual | 1 Million Cups Miami

1 Million Cups is a free program that works with entrepreneurs, empowering them with the tools and resources to break down barriers that stand in the way of starting and growing their businesses.

Our community meets every first and third Wednesday of the month. We gather as a community to educate, support and provide useful feedback to entrepreneurs with ideas or small businesses. Each presenter has 6 minutes to present (it is not a sales pitch) and following by a 20 min Q&A session.

PRESENTERS OF THE WEEK:

Newsology: is Twitter and Clubhouse combined. Hosts form their own ‘newsboards’, pin content onto the newsboard, invite fellow co-curators to discuss the contents, and, similar to clubhouse, visiting “readers” can read contents and insigh.

Swingin Stix:

Any golfer in a group of any less than four, and especially a solo golfer, will face three challenges:

1) You have no control over who you will be paired with.
2) It is very difficult to find new, like-minded, golf buddies
3) Group texts to schedule with existing golf partners are a hassle

The solution to all three of these problems is a singular app, Swingin Stix, where golfers can create invites to make new connections or manage existing partners as well.
