Our team is in search of a Customer Success Specialist to help us oversee our onboarding trainings and account management. BrightGauge’s Customer Success team is responsible for ensuring product adoption, retention, and driving customer loyalty.

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will own ultimate responsibility for customer retention, satisfaction and engagement. As a trusted advisor, the Customer Success Specialist determines how BrightGauge can be effectively applied to achieve a company’s strategic business objectives.

Qualifications
-Minimum of 2-3 years in a client-facing, post-sales role (preferably in a SaaS environment). SQL background is a plus.
-Clear, concise oral & written communication skills. You must be comfortable with documenting your work and sharing new ideas across the company.
-Demonstrated success developing strong customer relationships.
-Passionate about customer service and how it can transform businesses.
-Experience engaging with end-users and driving product adoption.
-Experience managing client renewal.

Responsibilities
-Proactively guide and teach customers as they onboard and implement BrightGauge into their workflows.
-Evaluate the status of new customer progress and propose solutions to different use-cases.
-Work closely with sales and support teams to meet customer expectations.
-Share feedback with and work alongside our product, integrations, and marketing teams to cover the full customer lifecycle.
-Identify and close opportunities for account upgrades and annual renewals.
