We are seeking an experienced ecommerce operator who will be accountable to delivering business results and owning the Shopify experience. You’ll develop plans and forecasts for the businesses; you’ll effectively manage resources across marketing spend, marketing team, supply chain / logistics, CX, data analysis, etc. to deliver results.
As a part of the ecommerce business operations team, you’ll develop the strategies for how we deliver P&L results and orchestrate the resourcing to exceed goals. You’ll work across brands building the right processes for each with a careful eye towards efficiency and leveraging technology. We will invest in your development and do everything we can to make sure this is one of your best professional experiences.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • You’ll run our businesses. For a set of brands in our portfolio, you’ll run day-to-day operations to deliver profitable growth and exceed our P&L targets. When fires happen, you’re first to know and craft the action plan which you drive to resolution.
  • You’ll develop the plans for growth. At a brand-level, you’ll set strategic priorities, plans and forecasts to achieve our targets. 
  • You’ll collaborate with teammates. You’ll build a coalition and collaborate to execute plans. Through informal influence and great relationship-building, you’ll coordinate, manage, and delegate cross-functionally across marketing, supply chain, logistics, and analytics to get the right things right. 
  • You’ll own the ecommerce experience. You’ll analyze and ideate to create the most compelling ecommerce experience for consumers to drive volume, conversion, and LTV.
  • You’ll stand-up infrastructure for the operating team. You’ll collaborate to develop the right processes, tools, and capabilities to achieve results while having a great experience at OpenStore.

WHAT YOU HAVE

  • 10-15 years experience working in D2C e-commerce 
  • 3+ years experience with P&L accountability on a Shopify-based business
  • Track record of growth
  • Have a high bar for excellence and know how to balance the 80/20
  • Driven, resourceful, collaborative, and accountable
