External Overview

As our Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing some of EcoSystems’ most important relationships. This role is for someone who enjoys every day being different from the last. One day you’ll be in the field conducting water and energy savings assessments and the next you will in the office completing proposals, analyses, and presentations. Lastly, you will need to be confident with face to face meetings with important customers. Regular travel is a must for this role.

You will be based out of our Miami office.

Responsibilities

Oversee and develop existing strategic partnerships and customers
Conduct site audits locally and nationally, as needed
Exhibit and/or attend key marketing events nationally
Develop and implement processes and procedures to better perform duties
Refine and test existing company systems
Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers
Coordinate with field teams executing projects
Requirements

Requires travel up to 60% of the time
Willingness to occasionally manage or work a project in the field
Experience in developing and managing high value relationships
Ability to manage multiple high value work streams simultaneously
Comfort with the realities of a fast-growing company including uncertainty, learning while doing, and evolving job responsibilities
Commitment to EcoSystems’ mission
Experience developing relationships with the multifamily apartment, hotel, or commercial real estate industries a plus
Experience conducting building, lighting, water and/or solar audits is a plus
Understanding of lighting products is a plus
