FlexiShuttle is a dynamically routed commuter shuttle service taking employees from within walking distance virtual stops of their homes to their workplace. The service is about 60% cheaper than driving to work creating 90% less emissions. This broadens the geographical reach of employers to talent pool, improve talent acquisition by eliminating the commute problem, reduces turnover and related costs, reduces parking requirements, carbon footprint and help to curb the city traffic. Our initial focus is to solve the commute problems of essential workers. The platform is tuned to also accommodate hybrid work models of office based employers and various other scenarios with multi or unstructured shifts.

FlexiCar a digitally managed company pool car solution provides mobility for intraday work related but also mobility freedom to employees for transportation requirements like running errands at lunch time, or even taking one of the pool cars after work on days when they are not going back home directly but meet up with friends for dinner. They do all that, drive back home and bring the car back to pool the next day.

While solving commute and intraday mobility requirements, Flexigo collects all corporate related data to optimize fleet and mobility options for our customers to decrease costs and emissions and enabling them to craft long term mobility strategies.

To date we have empowered multinational clients like BBVA and BNP Paribas serving over 30k employees with over 4000 shared vehicles and processed over 20M passenger trips in Europe. We are now localizing our solutions for the US corporate mobility market with a planned launch in the coming months.

What your role will be

You will be responsible of direct and channel sales and partnerships in US. This is a very entrepreneurial role, and will also involve close collaboration with our lead management, technical and operations teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise solution sales, preferably within mobility and TDM areas, possess exceptional communication, EQ, analytical and problem solving skills and be comfortable interacting with all levels, including executive management, TDM teams, HR leaders as well as colleagues in product and engineering teams.

Previous experience of working on transportation demand management, and acquaintance to shared mobility solutions including but not limited to shuttles, van pools, car sharing and mobility platforms would be a plus.

We choose Florida as our launching state and Miami is our US HQ. While you can do some of the work remotely we are looking for candidates within commute distance to Miami as initial launches would require you to have close physical contact with the client and operations teams on the ground.

Within two months, you will:

Initiate contact with transportation and HR managers of enterprise customers.
Work with the TDM teams of prospect customers to identify commute related problems.
Leverage the platform to present viable transportation strategies to customers.
Set up and initiate successful pilots.
Represent Flexigo at related conferences and fairs virtual or in person when needed.

Within four months, you will:

Expand solution partnerships to increase the value and outreach of our platform.
Contribute to the product roadmap as a voice for customer needs
Be influencing the sales process with feedback from your sales cycles and engagement with prospects and customers
Hire and manage new sales team members

Preferred skills and background

5+ years of solution sales, business development or TDM related consultancy experience
Experience engaging with HR solutions buyers, TDM managers and C-Level execs of enterprise customers
Ability to balance responsibilities of creating your own opportunities
Entrepreneurial mindset – implement new strategies and continuously improve process
Hustle and grit – take initiative and independently problem solve
Must have negotiation and closing experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A sense of intellectual curiosity, passion, humility
A willingness to accept and seek coaching to improve your skills
Ownership; both of the process and over your own results
