We’re looking for a Client Acquisition Specialist
HireApp is a Miami based startup that developed an on-demand staffing platform to help connect professionals of different industries with businesses by using the latest technology.
How did we do that?
We are a small team that works with a lot of enthusiasm and compassion for its users to build a product that will facilitate the staffing process for both sides.
We need a person who will be of great importance for the further development of our business.
If you are not afraid of the challenges of working in a startup and have all the qualifications for this job, you may become our first hire with the immediate potential of creating and growing our sales team as Head of Client Acquisition.
Your role is to be familiar with the market and to use that knowledge to expand our client base.
You’ll get a great understanding of our products and be comfortable presenting them to potential clients.
You will represent our company in all business conversations with prospective new clients as well as existing ones.
This role requires you to be empathetic and truly understand clients’ needs and how we can help them best.
-Develop, implement and execute effective sales strategies and processes to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals
-Use CRM software and internal tools to record leads, contacts and sales activity
-Introduce our services to prospective new clients through cold emails and calls, presentations, sales campaigns, referrals and networking
-Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered.
-Create proposals, strategy presentations, and pitch materials collaborating with internal team leads.
-Successfully negotiate a contract and terms with clients
-Ensure client needs are being met and concerns are being addressed throughout the sales lifecycle
-Develop internal marketing materials such as case studies, capability decks, and portfolio presentations with internal team leads
-Develop a successful business development process and establish a scalable structure for sales team growth
-You have Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will talk to clients a lot.
-Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
-Proficiency in Spanish (spoken and written) is a plus but is not required
-You’re self-motivated, entrepreneurial, organized, and eager to learn
-You have the ability to evaluate, qualify, and follow-up on opportunities
-You have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals.
-You are a quick learner with strong negotiation skills.
