Mana Common is our platform for neighborhood revitalization.

We are seeking a highly-skilled Implementation Specialist to shape the design and lead the implementation strategy of our Mana Tech Community app and the ongoing business development of the software. This is a full time position located in our Flagler District office in downtown Miami.

Selection of software:

Establishing overall goals and KPIs for app creation using layered matrix
Managing front end development
Creating SDK integrating multiple tech licenses for each app functionality category
Creating a project plan for each license partner, detailing the tasks that need to be completed for the timely integration of customized software
Interact, manage and work with selected software vendors

Implementation and management of software:

Communicating with clients throughout the software customization process to obtain feedback and approval
Customizing software systems based on teams needs and specifications
Creating a specialized document for each license, detailing all customizations made
Installing customized software systems and all necessary components
Ensuring that the project team is aware of key deliverables and project milestones
Providing cost and time estimates to team

Business development: 

Establish relationships with members of community and vendors
Onboard all stakeholder groups to software
Ensure customer success and integration with all software functionality


Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Sound technical knowledge
The ability to multitask effectively
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Capable to work with internal and external team
