Position Overview: 

The position of NutKase Account Executive is an end to end sales role. You will be taking sales qualified leads (IT Directors at K12 Schools) through all 4 stages of the sales funnel and working closely with the appropriate channel partners to close the business. You will be assigned a specific territory in the United States (East).

Your north star metric will be gross revenue. This role is aimed at closing business.

Major Objectives & Key Deliverables
To meet and exceed quarterly gross revenue targets
To maintain and surpass gross margin targets on all deals closed
To provide accurate forecasting

Sub Objectives
First 30 Days

Develop a great working relationship with the NutKase team
Comprehensively learn the complete product line
Identify who the top reseller reps are in your territory, reach out and introduce yourself (w/ support from Head of Sales to help make the proper introductions.
Become 100% proficient with all apps and software tools that you will be using on the job
Become familiar with each step in the NutKase sales funnel and understand exactly how each process and operation works
First 60 Days

Collaborate with the Customer Happiness Officer to better understanding who are largest accounts are in your territory and what their 2021 buying plans are going to be

Maintain complete control and organization of each open account, new account, and progress on pending orders

Ongoing Objectives

Receive sales qualified leads (“SQL”) and run them through the sales funnel
SQL will be coming to you from the Channel
SQL will be coming to you from the NutKase demand generation generation specialist
This role requires limited cold outbound prospecting -this role is for closers. You will be closing qualified sales leads that are passed to you
Follow up with and process sample requests for SQLs who meet the criteria to receive a free evaluation sample
Be super organized in following up with leads after they have received samples in order to gage their level of interest and move them through the funnel to the close
Engage with the leads and ask thoughtful and inquisitive questions in order to identify key information regarding their purchasing needs, timeline, and preferred reseller partners
Contact and introduce the preferred channel partner into the conversation with the lead once the lead has requested pricing and a quote for the potential order
Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene and make sure every lead and deal in your territory is catered to and followed up with in a timely manner
Engage with channel partners and key sales reps that you work with on an ongoing basis to maintain an awesome relationship
Remain up to date with what marketing/demand generation team is doing
Have all your key sales data & metrics organized, and be prepared to present a weekly sales update in our weekly sales meetings with the head of sales, and other key NutKase stakeholders
Work closely, efficiently, and transparently with your sales support team member who is going to be assisting you in actions of processing samples, sending tracking, sending quotes, and more
