Right now we are searching for a Customer Success Manager. As a Customer Success Manager you will be responsible for providing an amazing customer experience to our new and existing customers. This includes welcome phone calls and emails, monitoring the progress of their install process and SEO campaign, determine potential upsell opportunities, and maintaining a working relationship with the client through monthly communication.

Our firm specializes in many facets of digital marketing, including SEO (Search Engine Optimization), Website Design and Development, and Pay Per Click Advertising. This position is perfect for hard working, energetic individuals with a passion for growth and building their career.

Requirements:

High level of organization
Customer Service Skills
Passionate about learning search engine optimization
Experience with CRM systems or ability to learn technical systems quickly
Sales and Marketing experience a Plus
