PracticePanther is a leading solution in legal practice management software. Founded in 2012, the company has grown at unprecedented rates and now serves tens of thousands of customers in 170 countries. The company’s SaaS solution is designed to be the most robust, intuitive, and user-friendly software that includes capabilities such as client and case management, time tracking, billing, expense management, payment processing, calendaring, and much more for law firms.
Bill4Time is a leading provider of cloud-based time, billing, and practice management software. Founded in 2006, the company has a deep legacy in the legal industry and has recently expanded on its core strengths of billing and time tracking to also offer customers unparalleled data-based business insights. The company’s simple to use, intuitive and user-friendly software allows lawyers and other professionals to streamline their businesses, get more done in less time, and focus more on what they do best.
We are looking for a Marketing Director who is passionate about leading and owning digital marketing for our business. The role would involve setting up, running, and optimizing marketing across the entire funnel, as well as driving demand generation initiatives and conversion of our products.
Our products have strong brand recognition, and we invest heavily in SEM campaigns, SEO, and content development. We would like you to assess and optimize our existing strategies and create and implement new efficient and innovative campaigns. This role is highly strategic, analytical and data-oriented and is suited for someone unafraid to work in a rapidly growing startup environment. The ideal candidate will be able to combine data with creativity, and lead, mentor, and grow our marketing department and our business. This role will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
Establish a clear digital marketing strategy, based on deep understanding of our products, value propositions, and competitors
Own and optimize all digital marketing campaigns (Adwords, Capterra, social, etc.)
Lead life-cycle marketing efforts to drive conversion of new prospects and retain existing customers
Optimize the stages of the conversion funnel
Develop and grow our business analytics capability
Establish a clear voice and marketing message and spread it through marketing channels and thought leadership
Manage and grow our consulting and affiliate marketing network
Lead, mentor, and grow our marketing team
5-10 years of digital marketing experience, ideally at a SaaS company
3+ years of marketing leadership experience (Manager/Director level)
Deep understanding and hands-on experience implementing and managing Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Retargeting, and other paid channels
Knowledge and execution of SEO best practices and strategy
Has led and executed an effective content strategy
Experience running effective social media engagement campaigns
A/B testing experience using tools like Optimizely
Hands on experience in funnel optimization and conversion rate optimization strategy
Experience with Life-Cycle marketing and outbound e-mail campaigns
Experience in editorial writing a plus
Experience in the legal industry a plus
4-year degree in marketing or related program
Analytical – finds meaning and action in numbers, and is a data-driven decision-maker
Excellent communicator – written and oral
Stellar time management and organizational skills
Adept at learning web-based tools
Resourceful. Figures out how to achieve results creatively with finite resources
