Operations

Prospecting new members and/or any partnership which could generate a new stream of revenue.

Manage the entire sales process from prospecting, touring, signing agreements, and onboarding.

Managing relationships with all current members and upselling/upgrading membership whenever possible.

Creating and maintaining all membership agreements.

Member onboarding/offboarding

Marketing

Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook)

Produce weekly newsletter with relevant event, press, resources, and content (MailChimp)

Creating graphics for email communications, promotions, and events.

Event Management

Manage proper arrangements and communications if necessary, to accommodate members should an event be intrusive on coworking. Assist in AV/Setup when necessary (ideally, this would be scheduling Bryant/new hire to assist in events)

Community Engagement

Building and maintaining key partnerships with vendors and local businesses who add value to the community (ex: Republic Bikes, BeMeals, Healthy Vendors, Beery, Miam Cafe, LoveLife, Zak the Baker, etc.)

Producing + promoting and communicating community events and activities on a weekly/monthly basis (ex: Brainfood, Musicasa, happy hours, Wellness Wednesday, Cafecito time, workshops, lunch and learns, etc.) This gets communicated monthly on a member-specific email along with any other relevant updates  (member bulletin) + signage throughout the space + in-person communication
